Seven years ago, Charlie and his family relocated to St. Augustine, FL and found that there was something missing... a quality local butcher shop. Enjoying the Food Trucks in the area, Charlie had an idea to start a butcher shop on wheels.
The Boston Butcher now operates out of a local commercial kitchen and delivers meat in his refrigerated truck. We travel to local communities, food truck events, and farmers markets. We are fully licensed and ready to serve! Try our steak tips... they are wicked awesome!
